I get it. It sounds weird...curried pumpkin bisque...ooooh, but it's good! It's savory with just the right mellowness and packs a gentle heat from the curry powder. You'll want a nice, crusty bread, or our apple basil gruyere scones as a pairing while you enjoy it fireside (inside, or out).
We suggest swirling some chevre (goat cheese) in it after you spoon some into your bowl, and topping with raw, sprouted pumpkin seeds for some crunch!
